Red Hot Latin Jazz led by percussionist Gary Griffith. 

Tabasco have been together for over 4 years playing a mixture of Latin and jazz.

Gary Griffiths on various percussion.

Gary Griffiths was a session musician in London for many years before moving to Ely, played at venues Like Ronnie Scott’s , 606, the Round House , etc.
