Drummer Joshua Blackmore performs an energetic set of brand new material promising gnarly bass, crunchy synthesizers, and dizzying beats.

 

Joshua Blackmore has performed with Troyka, Strobes, Tiny Beast, Squarepusher, Marius Neset and Bill Laurance. Marking the release of his debut solo EP, he brings his brand new band to the Cambridge Jazz Festival. Joined by Matt Calvert, Chris Sharkey and Tom Cawley this promises to be a unique and energetic performance. Expect angular riffs, euphoric synth layers, and immersive beats.
