CBT is a quartet led by vocalist Liz Taylor, featuring alto, tenor, flute and clarinet player Myke Clifford. Guitarist and arranger Nick Barraclough adds the chords and Sue Szymanski the percussion.

 

Their repertoire comes from the American Song Book, Bossa Nova and a comprehensive range of torch songs. 

 

It's all very tasty if you're in a mood to be soothed. CBT comes from their surnames (Sue joined later). CBT also stands for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Listening to this band is just as effective and a lot cheaper.
