Cambridge Jazz Festival are proud to welcome multi-award winning Jazz Vocalist Zara McFarlane as our Artist-in-Residence (Music).
As part of Zara's residency, Cambridge Jazz Festival audiences will have the unique opportunities to witness and enjoy her artistry in two high profile concerts, one of which is with the University's premiere big band.

Zara will be performing her own material, charted for Jazz Orchestra by Guy Barker, including additional repertoire from Jazz legends such as Sarah Vaughn with the Cambridge University Jazz Orchestra.

Cambridge University Jazz Orchestra (CUJO) is the University’s premier big band which performs throughout the year in the top Cambridge jazz venues and further afield. They have worked with musicians including Yazz Ahmed, Mads Mathias, Steve Waterman, Stan Sulzmann, Ian Shaw and Liane Carroll, touring to Budapest, Prague, Istanbul and Bordeaux.
