Cambridge International Jazz Festival have teamed up with Cambridgeshire Music and Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) to form Cambridgeshire Youth Jazz Orchestra (CYJO).

This year we will be hosting a series of come-and-play days at ARU for students to come along and have free sessions working on improvising and ensemble playing in a variety of styles. These sessions will culminate in a summer public performance at Cambridge Live's vibrant Jazz and Brass in the Park series.

​

We are looking for trumpet/trombone/saxophone/clarinet/guitar/bass/piano/drums/percussion instrumentalists.

We are offering a very heavily subsidised jazz summer school where students can come and study with some of the country's leading musicians/educators.
